Sinker EDM

Sinker EDM (also known as Die-Sinking or Ram EDM) is a precision machining process that uses a custom-shaped electrode to create complex cavities and internal features in electrically conductive materials. It is especially effective for deep cavities, sharp internal corners, and complex 3D geometries that cannot be achieved by CNC milling.

When Sinker EDM Is the Best Solution

Sinker EDM is ideal when:
